COVID-19 Questions

Your safety comes first

Are we open?

Yes our store is open. Following government guideline's we are able to open under the The Health Protection (Coronavirus Restrictions) (England) Regulations 2020, Schedule 2, Part 3, Paragraph 28 states that 'Homeware, Building supplies, and Hardware stores are permitted to trade.' We have confirmation that furniture comes under the definition of homeware, therefore Your Home can trade under this provision.

Are you delivering?

Yes, we will be resuming our delivery service to your doorstep or room of choice. Our delivery team will be using personal protective equipment and using hand sanitiser. All our deliveries will be non-contact and this will be arranged at purchase or prior to delivery.  

How may my order be affected by coronavirus?

We may have delays from our suppliers but we will update you accordingly, other items including clearance items are available for delivery or collection. Please ring the store if you have any queries

What measures have we taken to protect our customers and staff

We want to support you in your day to day life. We hope that our website will enable you to browse our products easily from the comfort of Your Home and provide a contactless delivery service. As a small business we have swiftly responded to government guidance around health and safety and have implemented measures to ensure everyone is safe. We have introduced numerous measures including but not limited to:
hand sanitising stations
enhanced cleaning practices
perspex dividing screens
floor markings to maintain 2 metres social distancing.
We will also limit the number of customers allowed in our stores at one time.

Will my furniture fit?

We have added dimensions to our items to ensure you know what you are getting. We have provided all the measurements you need, so that your furniture will fit through your door.

What is Pu Leather?

Pu leather is Faux leather, this looks like and feels like leather.  

Does my product have guarantees and warranty?

All our products come with a minimum of 1-year guarantee. Extended guarantees may be available from different manufacturers.

Can you purchase chairs individually?

Yes, of course. Please ring the store if you would like to mix and match different dining room tables and chairs. Some of our items comes in pairs, please enquire with the store.

Do you do a collection service for my old items of furniture?

Yes, we do offer a collection service for a small fee for certain items. Your old furniture will be recycled and disposed of safety.

Do you offer an assembly service?

Yes, we do this is a chargeable fee dependent on the product and value of your order.

What if I live outside the delivery radius?

Please contact the store and we will try our best to accommodate you.

Where are Your Home’s products manufactured?

The majority of our products are manufactured within the UK or come from companies based within in the British Isles, but some of these products may be manufactured abroad.

How Will My Order be Delivered?

We will send your order using the fastest, safest and most reliable delivery method possible. We will select the appropriate delivery method and carrier when you order. Our prices for delivery reflect the size of product, the value of your order and the level of service you require. We want to offer our customers the best value for money prices we possibly can and give you the choice of collection, delivery only, or delivery and assembly.

Delivery Methods: Collection

We will place your order with our trusted manufacturer partners, and arrange for delivery to our store in Newark – We will keep you informed every step of the way, and contact you when the item arrives.You simply collect from our premises, and take home yourselves.This is a FREE service, and many of our customers choose to do this to take advantage of the low prices this allows us to offer you – many retailers simply add the price of delivery into their products, and you are paying for delivery whether you like it or not!

Delivery Methods: Small Parcel Delivery

Your items will be delivered by one of our parcel carriers to your front door. Upon dispatch, we will notify you via email with the estimated day of delivery and tracking number. (this will be for smaller items, where it is possible for one person to deliver to Your Home)

Delivery Methods: Doorstep Delivery

Some larger items will be delivered by our Two Person delivery team to the entrance door of your dwelling, delivering over the threshold into Your Home. This service is simply a drop off into Your Home, and you will be required to assemble your purchase and remove all packaging yourselves – this service is offered FREE for all orders above £500 anywhere within the a 50 mile radius of Newark town centre. Orders under £500 in value can be delivered at the discounted rate of £9.99 per delivery.
